Industrial blowers and air blowers are systems that provide air and gas movement in ventilation and circulation applications. They are used to stir up the air in cooling applications, and to replace stale or contaminated air with fresh air in ventilation applications. Fans and air blowers are used in numerous drying and cooling processes. Regenerative blowers are used in the paper, photography and recreational industries for applications including ink and film drying and pool and spa aeration. During operation, air enters the blower and moves centrifugally out of the blower through the rotational force of the blower blades; however, during this process of rotation some of the air drops past the blade and moves through the cycle again, which is why the blower is known as a regenerative blower.Regenerative Blowers feature Chem-Tough, which combines advantages of aluminum oxide ceramic and fluoropolymers to provide chemical resistance, hardness, abrasion resistance, and lubricity. Chem-Tough finishing employs anodizing, hard-coat plating, low-friction polymers, and dry lubricants to become part of blower's molecular structure. It will not peel or chip and can not be scratched, flaked, or nicked under ordinary conditions.
